Homegames is free, and you don't need an account to play, make or share games. By using it, you agree to these terms.
Licenses
Homegames-authored code and media are available under the MIT License. Third-party code and media keep their own licenses; see the third-party notes and runtime notices. Games you import or receive keep the licenses they came with.
Sharing games
Games you share go directly from your browser to other people's. Homegames doesn't host, review or control them. You're responsible for what you make and share, so only share things you have the right to share, and only open games from people you trust.
Don't use Homegames or its servers to break the law, harm other people or overload the services.
No guarantees
Homegames is provided as is, without any warranty. Services may change, have problems or stop at any time, and Homegames isn't responsible for any harm that comes from using it, including lost games or progress. Keep backups of anything you care about.
Changes and questions
