Homegames first-party source and cleared Homegames-authored media are MIT licensed. See the accompanying LICENSE or license.txt. Earlier published releases retain their accompanying notices. Imported projects are not relicensed by importing, editing, playing or exporting them.

Third-party dependencies, tools and media retain their own copyrights and licenses. Preserve their license/NOTICE files when redistributing them. The MIT grant for Homegames does not replace those terms or grant rights to third-party trademarks.

The browser runtime embeds full notices collected from its bundled modules. The build also emits THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.txt alongside the client and runtime-notices.txt in the website. Downloadable HTML carries those same embedded texts; game ZIPs retain the game's source/media notices.

The bundled heavy amateur font (assets/amateur.ttf) identifies JosephGarcia in its copyright metadata and is included in the maintainer-confirmed Homegames media grant. The website's Homegames-authored logos and artwork use the same MIT terms; third-party trademark rights are not granted.
